Research Priorities of the Journal

The primary focus of this journal is the publication of articles and research essays in the field of Iranian history in general and Iranian cultural history in particular. The journal welcomes innovative research findings by scholars that can illuminate aspects and statistics of Iranian culture and civilization. Therefore, the journal's thematic scope is very broad, and some of the suggested topics include areas such as: cultural history, culture and cultural developments in Iran, cultural ideas and approaches, recognition of intellectual and cultural currents; Iranian customs and traditions; the intellectual life of Iranian society; analysis and explication of the ideas of great religious and cultural figures of Iran; the society of religious and sectarian minorities in Iran; Iran's cultural interactions with other nations, peoples, and sects; political movements in Iran; the role of motivations and paradigms in Iran's political developments; customs of sovereignty; the political management of rulers; and any type of in-depth research essay on the history and culture of Iran. The history of Iranian humanities, institutions and scientific and civilizational institutes, historiography, and etc.
