A Comparative Essay about Chazan Reform Reflection in Jame-al-Tavarikh with Dastur-al-Kateb fi Taaein-al-Marateb

Abstract

The Ghazan Khan (694-703 Higrah) conversation as the seventh Ilkhani Ruler was a turning point in history of Mughal rule in Iran. Ghazan had paid to reforms and changment of government approach. He also attentioned to change management style and was caused of developments. Most reforms have reflected in famous work of Khajeh Rashid-al-din Fazlolah Hamadani which called Jame-al-Tavarikh, especially in Tarikh Mobarak Ghazani section. Because of the author of this work was one of head officials in Ilkhanid government, there are some questions about his narrative. Some of these questions were the axis of conclusion and pathology about reforms.
The purpose of this paper will essay about Jame-al-Tavarikh narratives about Ghazan reforms and then will comparative essay of these narratives with the Mohamad Hindoshah Nakhjavani's narrative in the Dastur-al-Kateb fi Taaein-al-Marateb. Then, we pay attention to evaluate the success rate of Ghazan reforms and we analysis the social and economical conditions of Iran at second half of eight century.
